Picasso and the Antibes

Right after the second world war, Picasso got invited in a castle in Antibes to paint the walls by his on and unique ways. More than hundreds of paintings and sculptures later, using what the rest of war permitted for artists (litteraly like older paintings, doors, pieces of wood). As the artist said once, one who wish to view the Picasso from Antibes must come to Antibes. And since, the castle has become a museum. Which is now in renovation. Guess what ? The Museum of fine arts in Québec got some of the nicest work from the collection ! Until next january !
