Yes, I had to walk my way home on that ice... wearing shoes ! Well, tomorrow, time to get my boots on !
Oui, j'ai eu à revenir du travail en marchant sur cette glace... avec mes souliers ! Bien, demain, il est temps de mettre des bottes !

I agree, icy sidewalks and streets are not good; Unless you have ice skates on. ;-)
