Lagging lights

Beside the lagging lights, it is the town hall. Montreal town hall is quite simple, but real fun to photograph as it gets different lights from season to season. Today, it is possible to observe downtown Montreal far away behind those crazy lights.

What should I do ? Cross the street or wait... everything tells me to wait. Argh... how this picture is a metaphor of life right now. :0)
